People will ask, "Why wouldn't she change her MO/speech pattern/or style of play? She'd be too obvious." The people who ask that are just noobs who can't see the obvious
She prob doesn't care about disguising herself with someone like Arcbell cloaking her, plus all her friends willing to protect her, plus all her mod friends. For the legit mods, it is too much work to find convincing evidence and she knows that (plus she got away with trophying last time -- in round 300 -- so why wouldn't she feel confident this time).
I see obvious abc-like accounts that resurrected from 23 months of
inactivity to play only one game this round with Cogent, like

Abc's accounts generally fit a basic criteria / have the same looking
profile (i.e. their statistics). They play mostly fancy pants to
around 1500 pts then play a few competitive games before retiring the
account. Sometimes ancient accounts pop up to play 1-2 games during a round

abc account I've seen. He plays this
game with Cogent/Prevail, and
it's worth a read
Anyways I bet it's easier to prove this is banned user Prevail rather than someone cheating with multiple abc-like accts. And since we know Prevail cheats with abc, finding these accts in Cogent's games links it closer to actually being Prevail

On this site EpicMafia, with meta and plays, In Jan 2.0 is where he spent most of his days, Lynchin', 'n' killin, 'n' filling all game, And winning his way to third place fame, When a couple of mods suspected a scam, Suspended the round, and questioned the fam, Well there was one little thread, and it all came out and Mist took the trophy with a helluva shout.
So he called it a bus, and they took another look, The throws were there, and that's all it took, If anything, the mods could have thrown the book, But nah, they said, SuperNova can't cook.
They unpaused the round, and the show went on, Super had his trophy, a brilliant bronze, But he looked up above, and it was still there, A Cogent man in gold, with no avatar flair.

cogent claims to be a new user who happens to know all about me and others who existed before his time? Explanation is that he heard about me in training games. I don't see any mention of me in any training games he happened to be.

It's not saying "OK." That's interesting, it's the fact that he says OK. Frequently to begin night meetings, like prevai did often, I can't think of anyone who does that. It's not damnding evidence but it's somethig that deserves an eyebrow raise ;)
Also mist no one is implying he is cheating with abc, he cheated with Anthony before in a similar fashion so it's not completely unrealistic to think that a three time cheater will cheat again, 2 rounds later.
It might not even be Prevail, but if you're arguing that it's a new user or an old user who's account was deleted and no one knows him you're foolish for even considering that

if you have any contact with arcbell after having a decent idea of the things he's done in regards to gary/bell then i greatly question you
The context behind this is that Arcbell is sending info to mods and me that Cogent is some legit, obscure, deleted account whose name I won't leak. You never would have heard of it though

What if Cogent was a Prevail/Arcbell hydra? At times Cogent played the "I really don't care just carry me" way like Prevail dies and then the ridiculously annoying way like Arcbell does.
Can we just permanently ban prevail, like no exceptions from this point on, she keeps getting banned for cheating then somehow gets unbanned then trophies right in front of the mods with her main account cuz the new reign of mods are too dumb to realize that she always cheats until it's too late. Then when those mods figure it out they step down, new mods come in, and the cycle continues.
