So I just had a free BBQ Chicken pizza, but I am extremely unhappy. I know I should not feel guilty about it at all, but I just can't take it out of my mind for some reason. BUT IT IS NOT MY FAULT. I ORDER PIZZA FROM DOMINOS VERY FREQUENTLY. 3 OUT OF 5 TIMES IT COMES LATE AND I DO NOT LIKE MY PIZZA THAT IS NOT HOT, AND I CANT WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO HAVE ANOTHER COLD PIZZA. HUNGER IS A THING. IF YOU ARE PROMISING PIZZA IN 30 MINUTES THEN DONT TRAIN YOUR DELIVERY GUY TO MAKE YOU FEEL GUILTY. MOST OF THE TIMES I PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. But sometimes I don't. Every time I don't pay, the freaking delivery guy acts like I am a thief. I don't even feel safe in my home. This time he crossed the line. I am going to post the details of the order if required. The store that delivered has the landline number 0124 4263400. When he delivered the pizza late, he started making excuses first. Nowhere in your advertisements does it mention that you will be making excuses. I know the terms and conditions very well as I have received cold pizzas several times. I know the rule of first barrier point. But coming to the 4th floor of an independent house 7 minutes late means you were at the very most 2 minutes late to the first barrier point. And there is no way I am paying for 2 minutes late. No way in hell. Then when I pay the amount above 300, this guy says "You can keep that, you like to have free pizzas, you need money". Then he makes the store manager call me and disturb me while I am already having the cold pizza. He then says he will send me another pizza, but I should pay for this one. No SIR, I DID NOT WANT A PIZZA AFTER 30 MINUTES. I WAS HUNGRY WHEN I WANTED IT. IF YOU CANT LIVE UP TO YOUR 30 MINUTES CONDITIONS THEN DONT ADVERTISE ABOUT IT. I CAN EAT SOMETHING ELSE. I AM NEVER GOING TO PAY FOR A PIZZA THAT COMES LATE. BECAUSE I ORDER IT FROM DOMINOS WHEN I AM HUNGRY AND NEED THE HOT PIZZA IN UNDER 30 MINUTES. THIS EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE I FACE EVERY TIME I GET PIZZA LATE MAKES ME SECOND GUESS EVERY TIME I FEEL LIKE ORDERING PIZZA FROM DOMINOS. I don't know if this is the case everywhere, but in Gurgaon DLF phase 3, I never get a good experience.
