i take my time. like 20 minutes minimum unless i intentionally speed up. 40 minutes is a bit of a rarity tho

i rinse my hair out with cold water at the end but that's all i can take. im cold 90% of the time tho so that could be why

If youre the kind of subhuman trash that takes cold showers why wouldn't you just not get a shower installed at all and just collect rainwater in a bucket?

Apparently cold showers are better for you, not just for the sobering effect, so I'm planning on doing those more. Though, I'll probably still wash in hot, then swap to cold at the end to get the benefits.
