Don't brag about your mafia stats when a majority of this site has no clue to to reach town-favored resolutions.
Yes, your town play solely resolves around waiting for mafia to try and push on you and spamming to get said mafia killed. Or you tunnel people for saying things that reveal their alignment. What I'm saying is that you should work to discourage self voting and actually getting people vote with your fos or vote to set up crosses instead of being complicit in self votes. It will improve the overall quality of your games.
You play by convincing the clear to vote your scumread. That's still playing. If they hammer you, you failed to convince them on who to lynch. The game has become more about appealing to someone who you know isn't mafia. Apparently you resent that because you're too proud to appeal to someone that isn't yourself.

teo is a good setup, but it's always been a pain even years ago because it just becomes a who can spam the most contest.
It's not. When you self vote you deny yourself the chance see mafia play to their win condition. It also kills any innovation in scum play because it's almost literally gamethrowing to go against the clear as scum in this meta. So sure lets encourage a play that not actually playing.
i mean i see what you're saying but i think the ability to adapt is a good skill. i understand you developed in a very different meta which makes it hard for you to accept doing that, but for me it was necessary to learn in order to win the majority of my games. and it's a good skill, since even if you don't selfvote the clear's say is more valuable than any other player because they can't be defending a partner/outing fake reads.

there's a reason i say jan2.0 is the best ML setup on this site and sds is the best non ml setup, there's no "sheep the clear" mentality on any of those setups, both of those setups you have own scum hunting day 1 genuinely, most people suck at it though but jan and sds are two of the best town setups. if you're good at either you're probably good at the game. GAI is cool too
mike. you should make an alt and practice playing inside the bounds of current meta. if you are going to break the meta you need to know how to play by it.

zovea i win 61% of my games on this account as mafia, 68% on an alt, what are you trying to say here because i'm confused. As mafia I know how to convince the clear not to lynch me. As town i know how to fos mafia, i cannot strong arm lynches as blue as much as i try, i give my fos' most times i vote mafia, however iam not the reason people allow clears to control the games.
This is bull. It's a point farm practice that's enforced by point farmers. You guys need to make it gamethrowing to lynch people for wanting to play the game because speaking out against self votes is the leading cause of my loses outside of throws.
Did you play this game at all before FP? Self voting was something that was only asked for by bad players, not a tradition or the norm. This is a community game/site and self voting is at core of why we have neither in main lobby. We should never actually play around "clears" and fixing this will give a lot of headway into improving the site.
