However, stop playing it wrong. Sniper has 0 reason to shoot, and the setup creator's strategy exemplify what is wrong with the site meta. Shooting as sniper all but guarantees a town win when you shoot blue.

Town has no incentive to shoot first either, but that does not mean you should screw yourself over into a loss when this is an excellent 'beginner' setup that promotes all the right things in mafia play.

I thought this was gonna say "calling out all redheads..." but then I clicked on it and it was this. disappointing. I was looking forward to some ginger kid bashing.

It's better than what's being played right now, 'fun', has guns, teaches partner-telling, pr hunting, scumhunting as blue, and gun mechanics. Way more informative and useful as a learning tool than FP or Coco's.

Realistically, red-heart players don't want to play 'good' setups. i hate playing them and they take enough knowledge of the game to play well. i think as an introductory setup, this, along with setups like guns and hookers, are a big leap in quality over FP and Cocos

yeah, if more setups like this were played correctly, along with banning of FP (which when played perfectly should give at least 55% town win, a townptfarm) would aid greatly in improving redheart games

you mean "shoot scum or lose"

alternatively, NL, which allows oracle to become live, but has the tradeoff of having 2 live guns in 6 way and puts immense pressure on the deputy to shoot scum or risk autoloss

whichever side finds partner tells/pr tells first. but the setup maker claims sniper MUST shoot first when doing so screws over his side almost completely by allowing sheriff and orc to claim as PR, and lead to an almost guaranteed town win

well... no... because if neither have incentive to shoot first, but both refuse to act without a shot, then the game becomes a game of "who caves first"
