There's literally no reason to worry about that. The loudest person will shout your name if they FoS you at kicks, and it doesn't matter if you do it or not.
I played a few games today where I kicked and immediately after I did, someone yells "I KICKED, I'M TOWN!", even when my kick vote was the only one that went through. It's a stupid mechanic that has no tell of scum or town.
4 games with you. The first 2 you lynched cop and died for it while claiming in the grave that mafia you didn't fos while alive was obvious. 3rd I lynched you for tunneling someone that was a PR. 4th you got a free win.
It's not. Kicking is only a scumtell when there is a majority vote on someone at mylo or lylo. In any other situation, it's equally likely to be someone who is bored of the game.
