There's literally no reason to worry about that. The loudest person will shout your name if they FoS you at kicks, and it doesn't matter if you do it or not.

I played a few games today where I kicked and immediately after I did, someone yells "I KICKED, I'M TOWN!", even when my kick vote was the only one that went through. It's a stupid mechanic that has no tell of scum or town.

I think it depends on how it's done. If it's a silent kick after 1minute cross yeah that's scummy but if it's done after arguing it's not...
