It's obviously only used whenever they want and on whoever they want, since this got a note for report spam and all the othet "joke" reports don't. At least this guy was concerned. The note means absolutely nothing since a mod can choose to give ot whenever they want

I like how you attack this when it was obviously posted to show those who complain on the forums that mods never give out report spam vio's/notes that it actually does happen. I didn't even read what the reports this guy got spam note for were. Once again rutab watches the forums closely to make sure no njnj post goes un-contested
