gotta agree with you there. it's unfair to penalize shivv for spreading the information when someone wrongfully gave it to him in the first place. but what was the information?
And alright, to conclude there's nothing that would excuse banning shivv for doing nothing in the site that I can think of, and it's the mod teams responsibility to control the flow of their information. It honestly just really disappoints me that stuff like that still happens (as well as the response being one of the worst admin decisions), and to the mods that aren't part of any of the cool-kids leaking and whatnot I'd honestly advise you to keep it that way because it just makes the mod team look like more of a circle jerk than the forums.

probably because he was aggressive about incurring a moderate infraction and no one on the mod team liked him enough to stop jasper/whoever from banning him
i let empire on my account once as a mod but i felt bad about it and quit. also, why was shivv banned??

that and like the entirety of my conversations that involved leaking with bronto were about my conflicts with modding under vancyon's regime and dealing with other stuff i don't want to leak now (:

i mean if you're mad that i leaked to bronto, blame vancyon for literally inserting brontosaurus into his shoes for multiple weeks and leaving bronto there as an advisor. same with melody.
I stand by the fact that... It doesn't matter what was leaked? It's the mod team responsibility to not hand out information to people that could possibly spread it.
In fact all this "ok to leak to x" business I have as much of a problem with and IMO it's pretty lame.

i think the only times i mod leaked were to dan (who was basically a okay to mod leak to (in vancy's own words)) and dave (he was tertiary related to something and i needed a moral guide)
otherwise i don't really think i outed anything more than my frustrations with modding to people.
well whatever was leaked, unless it's like arcbell's d's size, i can't imagine what crippling leak secrets the mod team has. but maybe that's why i'm just a sheep in this game of sharks.
