uhh. idk. but you could just ask him to decay 4 or monitor it so he doesn't play an extra 5, if he's running
he appears to be the only one with 9 regardless
if more than a couple of people have it just decomp everything now, give everybody their starting ten hearts at midnight save for the few who have played games, and then after midnight pause the round, recomp the setups, and unpause it the day after that. so people get two days to play ten hearts in essence
You can't comp Fancy Pants. It was removed when Bill tried it a few rounds ago. It's not allowed because it'a a classic variant and Classic is banned because cheating spikes a crapton when it gets comped.
