I did one of these a few months ago and I never finished, but I have a broader perspective now and I'd like to do another one
If you post I will tell you something I like and dislike about you as both a person and a mafia player. If you want one you get both. If a moderator hypothetically posted, they would be subject to a mod like/dislike as well.

Like:
It's your intelligence man. There's nothing in the world I respect more. I can converse with you about middle eastern politics and you actually know more than I do most of the time, so I can learn from talking to you. I feel like I'd probably have the same experience talking to you on a variety of subjects. You seem like someone who understands world politics and I think that's a really admirable quality to have. It makes you more than just a cog in the machine. I've heard some really negative things about you but in my experience you're someone that I like a lot. The way it was explained to me (admittedly by you) it sounds to me like you did totally the right thing with Howl, and I don't understand why people put you at fault.
Dislike:
Well, for one you idolize Laexio. Laexio freaking sucked dude. He sucked at everything. He was never funny or good at mafia or anything. Who the hell cares about Laexio dude. Also, you spammed my troll thread with food pictures. Why wouldn't you let me troll Germatron? What the heck is wrong with you? Germatron deserved to be trolled.
Mafia player:
Like: Probably one of the best ever. You understand the game on a level that most people simply do not, and I think you could probably trophy whenever you wanted. You were about to win gold, got a ton of your wins refunded, and then won gold anyway. That's freaking spectacular dude, that was cool.
Dislike: Tarot Cards.

Like: Gosh Keri, I like who you are a lot. Like just as a human being, I think you're a spectacular person MOST of the time. You're funny and intelligent as heck and who you are is just good. You're a good person and it's impossible to not like you, even for me who dislikes CarlySunshine. You're definitely rad.
Dislike:
I won't get into specifics, but I think you enjoy lying and are intentionally deceitful for fun. It's a quality I kind of like, actually, but it sure does get on my nerves. You're also sanctimonious as hell sometimes for absolutely no good reason. Also when you try to be condescending it makes me want to say really mean things to you, but I don't because I respect you. ALSO you comped sex and lies for sweeper to run on when I wanted to comp it and trophied 2 rounds later. Screw that, jerk.
Mafia Player:
Like: One of the best as town, I hardly ever see you fos incorrectly. Begrudgingly, I will admit that you're still probably a better player than me. Your scum game has really improved since I started playing with you and you aren't an easy read at all anymore.
Dislike: Nothing really, except that kev2010 threw for you. I guess that isn't your fault though. Also, you sometimes over look really simple things and take forever to make easy hammers.
Just mod-wise, unless you have a new person/player thing to add since last time.

Like: You are a dude who does the right thing. You have faith in your convictions and I have faith in your convictions too. When you think something is morally wrong, I usually agree. When you don't you say so. Both the thread you made against that harassment violation I got and wrecking Prevail were freaking rad decisions. Good on you man. You were a mod with balls, and you died a martyr.
Dislike:
It's the cow man. The freaking cow. What the hell were you thinking? In my mind you are forever that stupid freaking cow gimmick. It will never go away. Your image is marred. At one time I was mean to you just for kicks and giggles because of the cow think. Also you sucked as a mod the first go around imo
Mafia Player:
Like: You are a dependable player who was a key asset in my sex and lies silver. When you are in my table, I know I'm not screwed when I die. You can carry me and a win is still possible
Dislike:
While you are extremely good at reading players who are mediocre as scum, if someone understands how you make your reads you are ridiculously easy to trick. You never catch me. I know what towntells you look for and I fake them and ride to an easy win, no problem. You are also incredibly susceptible to AtE. Laughably so. Also, you should win a trophy. I think you can do it.
Like: You're a cool person and I like you. You are projectmatt's girlfriend and projectmatt has been one of my favorite people on the site. You're genuinely kind and you are a former competitive dancer like my little sisters
Dislike: Some of the things you post are freaking annoying. Also, I think you want this website to be something that I do not want it to be. I also disagree with a lot of what you post when you dabble in the complicated arts of epicmafia politics. Your opinions on epicmafia politics are bad.
