The purpose of this thread is to create awareness about the roles, actions and meetings. This is needed because the roles page does not clarify everything.

One can post questions and the experts can post answers with evidence.

I recently saw a game where the mafia convinced a noavi that lawyer can lawyer himself. The town could not find the wiki page to help himself.

This thread will be updated with input from the users. Please do not spam this thread with irrelevant posts and stupid questions. Do not post answers unless you are sure and can support it with evidence.

I will start the thread with few important points.

Lawyer

He or she can't visit himself

He or she can pick a partner in lawyer meeting, and that person will appear inno on cop reports that night.

Oracle

Oracle meeting do not appear as a visit on watcher or tracker report

If someone claims watcher and says that he saw oracle visit on someone, then he is fake.

When oracle reveals miller, it appears as miller and not as nilla.

Everybody does not understand the difference between visit and choose. I don't think it is hard for you to mention that oracle will appear NV on tracker report. And it is good if we clarify that dreamer gets role blocked only by visits (i am not sure).

Please make it clear what visit are you talking about. It would be great if you could list down the effects of oracle meetings.

Some evidence would be great. Nobody trusts a noavi here.

PS: some moderator should sticky this thread so that the newbies could refer this for help. I will soon update the op with all the mechanics related queries.

I assume sandbox players can contribute in this thread. The noavis and mods can learn a lot from this thread. Recently a moderator did not know that the fiddled person can see the sheriff's name when the gun is fired. That moderator self deleted out of shame.
