PRs wont be clear. And probability of blue getting masoned is lower than mafia/pr getting masoned. Also the dead guy can be masoned. Also the pr can die.
It would be quite rare that town has 4 prs and all are clear. Even then the town would self destruct. Thinking practically you can always assume that there will be at least 2 idiots ruining every game.
well a setup is played when there is a certain defined course of play established over a long period of time. I agree with you that removing forger will be a great improvement. You should probably remove forger and remake this setup. I think that would work. People like watcher as a role.
part of me thinks "i can see mafia getting overwhelmed by a good set of masons" and part of me thinks "wow ninja completely nullifies town lol" so i guess both teams are very powerful
if it were to be townsided, i'd throw in a paparazzi (the possibility of 4 town prs on day 1 makes this seem like a good counter-balance)
it does not prey on the noobs, it depends on the forger to break the code. I always break those hangman codes. But you can remove the forger and replace with nilla. either would be fine.
i mean, i see it. i see the setup working. but i don't see it getting played, and i do see it being unfun and frustrating at times (like all setups im sure)
then what's the point of the forger to begin with. i don't really like setups designed to prey on noobs. might as well remove forger
also, i just realised that even with ninja, forger would still have to visit the dead (i think?) and thus ninja wouldn't always beat watcher and thus wouldn't be OP
Well the coinflip aspect will be taken care by the coded wills. If someone fails to use the code, then it is up to town to disregard the will and scumhunt.
