Can't play ranked!

the setup is using the forum mafia format of 2 mls but very little information. should force some people to scumhunt. should be great.

edit: it doensn't necessarily have above 0, it has 0 or 2, it can't have one. mistake!

also, changed the setup in the op. it doesn't have whispers now.

those have a lot of trouble finding mafia before they die and outing early is a big no-go for them. and that's 1 out of 6 setups.
