Adding Rutab to C+ based on what I recall of his quantifiably average play.

Edit: Also moving pranay up to B+ because he's corrected his previous weaknesses and actually knows what this game is about. Cannot be placed in A tier because his playstyle rubs too many people the wrong way. Until he realises it doesn't matter how right he is unless people agree with him, he will not rise.

Glacial falls back to the tried and true hedger strat of screaming at your face in lylo till you vote his way. Add in doses of trying to emulate pranay and he is decidedly C tier.
