You're really that clueless about how big cricket is in Australia aren't you? We had a domestic cricket competition aired nightly here running for a six week period and it pretty much toppled all previous attendance and viewership records here and that's "domestic", international cricket is much more popular. I'd assume England are also in the same boat.
that is for one match dude. If you count the average, it is not as high. You do not count the number of viewers for a single match. A match between Kenya and Bangladesh would have less than 22 viewers.
