Yeah, I think EpicMafia is very good at allowing us to create setups. The problem is that we tend to want to get more into the details of how a setup should be played in order to make it a little more balanced by, for instance, having a bomb who kills the first person voting them, and having another bomb who kills at random.
All of these are petty changes and require a lot of coding. There are a lot of them. There are already a lot of setups. It would be ideal to have a team of setup creators who can be the determiners of what is and isn't blacklisted, but who could also directly ask lucid to program a setup how it should be to be properly tested.
This will never happen cause it just would have so much order to it that it would create a coding nightmare for lucid.
If this split mafia thing was changed, it should just be changed back. I completely understand how frustrating that is for a developer of a site, cause I personally hate changing things back to the way they were once I worked my tail off to make the change in the first place.
Doesn't change the fact that this update disrupts these types of setups..when it really doesn't have to.
@Jaleb it still applies to unranked games.
Red maf is going to get so much reward for winning compared to black.
Role mods? Role modssss???
I think the issue is in millers specifically in split setups.
