A. The mod team is full of incompetent loons, sandbox players, cheaters, and account sharers who are allowed to stay because vancyon is a coward.
B. The new sub-forums are stupid and reflect the absolutely terrible ideas he is responsible for. This is like the biggest change he's made during his adminship. He added an effing food forum. On a site about java mafia.
C. He lets things like Manhunt and a and r be comped, thus diluting the only valuable part of this horrible cesspool of a website (gold hearts)
D. He took like a 2 week vacation like basically right after becoming admin because he can't handle the heat.
F. He's immature and he posts like pokemon pictures and stuff. Screw that.
G. He's the worst admin I've seen during my 5 years on the site. I was not around for arcbell.
H. Deadmin him and let's try again and deadmin that one too later on when they suck
sounds like a small world. stop trying to start some sort of revolution. i understand thread topics about the bs surrounding players. but as long as lucid has the reigns and honestly doesn't give a squat, we cant do much of anything.
Meh i think justrec would be a good mod, based on the little that i know. I think i would too. Ive send my app to 4 mods and emailed lucid. a girl can dream right? i just want things to be cool between mods and players. but i dont think fate has that in store for the EM community.
This is all true, but let us not forget, this is epic mafia. it is ran on circle-jerking. Until Lucid decides he gives a crap about the politics of his website, nothing will change, because every admin apparently approves and sometimes takes part in circle-jerking.

It doesnt matter if they are a good player or a respectable individual (jericho is neither) you can be part of the mod team as long as you are a bad volunteer friend of one of the bad volunteer mods, even if you have literally been banished from the site before for breaking the rules you are supposed to be enforcing eight separate times.
Actually, it is clear that as long as said banned user is within the circlejerk, they are not subject to the rules.

I mean it's really clear that it's not okay to mod former banned users and then allow those former banned users to run on manhunt, but I guess vancyon just doesn't care. He's content being a total screwup.
On the contrary, it seems like I'm one of the few on this site with some sense who believes that dumb stuff like that shouldn't happen.

You can let it die now, that stopped being relevant 15 pages ago.
By allowing banned users to mod, allowing his mods to account share with banned users, allowing manhunt to be comped, and generally being unfit for the position.
