actually the whole 'stay up so i can get back on track' mindset is broken because you're depriving yourself of sleep for no reason which will likely you up more
i usually get comfy with a youtube video after dinner and unwillingly nod off. kerry lets it happen because she thinks its cute. today we had work to do so she didnt let me fall asleep and now here i am
close your eyes for a while and force yourself to stay. I find that having a sleeping mask for your eyes and then earplugs puts you at a state of silence. Once you have freed yourself of noise and sight, empty your mind until the memories of the day disappear into nothing.
id been doing good the last few days. sleeping at like 11 and waking between 6 and 9. sucks 4 me now. i just clocked in 24h awake time after fighting off my usual uninvited evening nap

i used to power nap like a champ and now i dont nap at all
I've come to appreciate so much the little amount of sleep my body lets me have that I guess wishing to be able to lucid dream as well is just wishful thinking
Ah I see.. Idk it might just be me being weird but it just seems like something I would love to be able to do.. could you imagine the possibilities to do whatever you wanted? Feel the way you would if actually doing it yet be sound asleep?
My eating schedule has been messed up ever since living in a dorm room. I usually sleep at 3 or 4 am now usually. Yesterday I didn't have anything to eat until 9pm and I wasn't really hungry the entire day.
