No offense, but you're not really a good player either if you can only win in your preffered set of circumstances. (I.e game full of experienced players) if a noob throws/suicides/etc, yea, that's their fault, but if it's a matter of " they won't listen to me even though I'm the only one who can play," then that's not them being bad, that's you not getting over yourself.
