the difference between the comics and the show is that the show wants to preserve hope for the audience a lot more than the comics.
Judith being alive, there has yet to be a suicide, etc proves that the show is trying to keep "hope" alive.
but really the baby is shane's so they shouldn't be so protective of her.

Honestly i think they made beths death like, 10 times less worse then it could have been. Atleast it was "for the greater good"
Having 10 cops added to the group would have been fun thought, which also would lead to less main characters dead and more insignificant ones dead instead!

i was really hoping beth would sorta be some andrea comic remix. once she had those cuts on her face i was like oh snap the scar, but now I'm sad ):
actually you're right on that, i thought it'd be carol too. internal bleeding and her buildup this season, i thought she'd get a sad kind of can't-get-out-of-bed death.
she threw herself to the zombies way early in the comics, and her daughter is still alive in the comics, so basically carol is a completely new character at this point.
i did think beth would survive and carol/sasha would go
they took forever to add him to the story when he was with the group from the farm in the comics, so if they're going to kill him off it's going to be far from now. they gave his death to hershel.
I mean yeah beth dying sucks and all but she's been dead in the comic books since the prison, she was one of the few differences between the comic and the show (She landed on the baby killing that stupid baby too) (They should kill off the baby too.)
Basically, beth died and noah replaced her. I would've preferred beth living.
