quick and ditry math says this would be heavily (64% or so) scumsided, hiding the nurse well could maybe bump it to 40% town win, skepticism raises a good point here that voodoo probably doesn't do what it's intended to do

It's almost beneficial to try and say the voodoo word, though, to narrow down the ccs. It's also like BL where if you can lynch the first mafia the nurse can clear someone at night or stop the mafia from killing.

EDIT: I would make this must act, though.
