for example some noob reported some guy for doing what he should be doing.

Crepe, you can kill a total of 2 people and they both have to be right if you nl. If you lynch then you can gun someone and they can shoot someone without the game ending, enabling a total of 3 people you can kill and lets you err once while still winning the game.
