if we stay within the parameters then Terrorist is the best option from the mafia's perspective

assuming there's a protective role, terrorist. otherwise it's really just a matter of personal preference

Really though, it depends on if there is an extra third mafia. Otherwise it doesn't matter, as if you get nilla terrorist can't bomb.

That said, to be on the safe side, terrorist is either more important or just as important, so nilla should lead to not make things complicated
