Gennery never said anything particularly offensive, nor is it fair to give a harassment note for a discussion ninon started in the first place.

he could have definitely phrased it better, but i don't think there was any reason for him to have meant what he said eventually and i think his excuse holds up. harassment's also a pretty harsh vio for a misunderstanding imo.

I feel like ninon was trying to be racist in that game by calling you a "white boy" every time she said something to you. You being white or a boy had nothing to do with the situation and that could count as hateful comments.
The joke I made telling Nicon to kill himself was related to the role he had claimed and not directed at him personally. I would NEVER intentionally tell anyone to kill themselves on line or in real life. The joke would never have been made if it wasn't for the role he had claimed.
I have seen this joke made to people before in EpicMafia games (in relation to peoples roles) and it has never, to my knowledge, been an issue in the past.
If ninon had an issue with the joke I would have prefer he confronted me about it first before filing a report. The fact that he continued having banter with me after the joke was made makes be believe he was well aware of the context of the joke.
I'd like to point out that I have been playing this game for several years and had never had a report filed against me. I find this whole situation ridiculous. I like to thank SuperChimpy for bringing this to the attention of the community.

You know damn well that wasn't an instruction to self-lynch, and if you don't, then for someone who plays a text-based game, your ability to comprehend information on a contextual level is sadly lacking. I suppose next you'll be arguing it's ok to call someone the n-word because they're bodyguard.
