Well to be fair I'm still convinced that hedger at least threw for Rawrarrior because I can't imagine playing 17 games with someone and not fosing that person, but that's just my opinion and the decision was clearly not based on my opinion alone

slow spearheaded the operation but everyone pitched in a bit and that was cool to see. i actually look forward reading the mod chat nowadays and everyone has a good synergy with one another.
It went smoothly because slow and whoever else was working on it worked hard, not really because it was easy to set up IMO, especially when there's a whole unit dedicated to catching cheaters now
Well as far as this round went, catching Rawrarrior went really smoothly and it was pretty enjoyable, and I like pretty much all of the current mods and they're pretty fun to talk to in the mod chat. As far as the mod picking process goes, it's some giant , and I think there's much to be desired with one of the two admins :-)
I've said this lots of times but the mod system from that time was the best. It went down really downhill with arcbell but now it's pretty meh still. I mean everything from cheating catching to forums to blacklisting to how to do reports (cough the ucklar style method) and whatnot. Not to say it was perfect but definitely better
