i'll say like one thing on the matter: i personally advocated for gafgarion but i had no knowledge at the time that gaf had cheated. having known that now, i retract all support i gave for gaf. he seems like a stand up dude, but i don't think people who have cheated should be giving positions of power (even if this has already happened before).
anyway that's it, the rest of this is going to be discussed internally. keep this civil or i'm locking it.
I already told Dan that this could have easily been avoided if we were included in the mod process as soon as I got home and before this all went down, and I've always been the number one activist for democratically voting for mods, or at least being included in the process. I have huge issues with the way dezeriae conducts herself within and outside of the mod chat, and I definitely don't appreciate the way she treated me or any of the other mods.
I could out a lot more than I am, but right now I'm just expressing my saltiness. I've never been the kind of person that likes being told what to do and I have no problem with arguing with an admin, if that wasn't obvious from when Arcbell was here.
Basically wha I'm saying is the two admins are supposed to work with each other not against each other and bronto saying "I'm going to fix this" while dez did know is going to be much worse than just modding a cheater because now if both of them hold true to their beliefs it's going to be a mess.
A mess that could have been avoided had things been talked through
Well to be fair I don't want to be a mod under somebody that willingly mods a cheater, ignores any criticisms towards her, treats every other mod like they're under her, and -talks other mods after they leave the mod chat.
Also, once again, I refunded one game that I thought broke because of the pre-game glitch that was not even during a trophy run. Friendly reminder.
Exactly. I see that some of the mods like you tried to warn him and he just didn't see it, but we are under a two-admin system EXACTLY so that if one admin is busy the other can gather all of the important information and at least tell the other the important things before, you know, actually making a decision.
Not to put all the blame on dez, because I have no idea what happened since I wasn't there, but if bronto says "sorry, I just didn't know" then man, that makes things a lot worse (in my opinion). It puts into question how carefully selected the mods are, because if such a thing can be overlooked without much problem even after mods trying, sigh
Because he is a great candidate for a mod even though he has cheated. You are just mad at the fact not enough people like you on epicmafia.com so they make your cheating past a scapegoat to keep you down Satan.
