A lot of people blow red lights, but not all of them get tickets...If I blow 10 red lights and never get caught, but you blow 3 and get caught each time, you should be punished for it -- moreso each time you do it because you are consistently breaking the law and you are a known offender. Also, if this is an issue that is so prevalent, then it should be addressed and either everyone gets punished for it, or they amend the rules.

The solution is to fine Kraft, Fine and suspend Belichik for several games, fine Brady. I'd also add another draft pick forfeiture because of the constant strikes against the team.
