What is your dream job, or what was it before you found something else? I've just been curious because I'm starting that time in my life where I need to make decisions on what I want to go to school for.
My plan that I've had for a while is that I want to major in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Is this a good way to go? Anyone with any experience in either of these fields?

Most videogame work will be much less glamorous. For everybody with an idea or design, you need multiple developers and artists to actually make it a reality. So nobody is looking for designers, but everybody is looking for people who can draw tires
Graphic artist. I used to make graphic boards, t-shirts, and school uniforms back in hs and I was actually pretty good. But everyone in my family is in the medical field so thats where I am

realistically i'm going into radiology and im hoping to work my way up to my dream job of sonography
I could have sworn I posted in this thread over an hour ago... but anyway my dream job is to be a photographer. I've been doing it for 5 years now but not professionally. Or a screenwriter/cinematographer.
I'm doing a Specialist degree in Psychology (maybe with a Minor in Music just for kicks and because I love that too; I'll probably take Music all through University anyway so why not)
It's a good field if you like it. You can get a job as a social worker or a psychologist, there's a good field of work for it but the field for Criminal Justice is better I believe. Also if you do Psychology you'll need a Masters in order to get a good job on that field anywhere. I might even get a PhD depending on the career I want but I still have time to figure out exactly what it is that I want to do.
Barrister/lawyer was my dream job (specifically criminal defence). and I'm about half-way to it!
Instead of the majors you propose, I'd either go down psychology or law major (with the knowledge that you could minor in a specific field like criminal justice) though I don't know much about the US system. I hear horror stories though about how a psychology degree means jack. So I would suggest that, if you like the legal bit (and by the sounds of things want to go down a criminal profiling/criminal psychology route), I'd do a law major with a minor in your specific niche area?
This would work for someone in the UK, but as I don't have much knowledge of the US system I may be talking bull.
