Figure out who the granny and who the Gramps is, and lynch the Gramps.

it would make it a scumhunt setup with a mislynch and make GS just another claimable role that can confirm himself for d2

i would say daystart but that would be unfair to mafia not knowing each other

for this setup to work it requires GS not being able to gun n1, otherwise you have 2 chances to have a 50/50 shot at ruining the game blindly

Broken. Tweak it and it will be less broken.

well lets see. gs is worhtless or anti-town, depending on the players. if gramps claim granny like you suspect town has a 2/3 lynch d1 so one of them should claim blue or gs that didnt gun. and in that case it would be nice to have a gun, but you dont because gs wasnt stupid enough.

it can become a mislynch setup if gramps hits granny, which makes it very swingy.

make it dawnstart if you want any chance of being able to make this a playable setup. it will probably need other tweaks too
