Math geeks, unite!

Okay, so I'm failing hard, and people on my Skype are also failing hard, so someone smart please help me.

Thing what needs to be solved:

x=2^(4-x/100)

The whole thing "to the power of" after the 2.

I know the solution (yay for the internet), but I want a solution using only algebra, so no functions, no differentiation or else.

Thanks if anybody can help me with this!

Ronny says

In either case, if you want the step by step, use Wolphram Alpha.

wolfram alpha doesn't do step-by-step anymore :(

why wouldnt u use pemdas u use pemdas for everything

I'm just saying she might have forgotten it and it may be why she can't solve it or has a different one from what Harrold has when she googles it.

Obviously (4-x)/100 since the 4 is inside the brackets idiot

... what? lmfao. I'm just asking if she's using PEMDAS or not.

Is it 4-(x/100) or (4-x)/100 ?
