A full week might not work, but I could see a shorter game of a similar thought.... Like there's, of course, pregame chat, then, after required number of players have joined, there is an additional, SMALL portion of chat time, then a mini-game of sorts launches (for HOH). The winner is announced and the game is thrown into a sort of "night time" in which the HOH has a "night role" and selects the two the want to nominate while all other players have the night time option to propose an alliance with another player. If the player accepts, then an alliance is created and the alliance now has a night time meeting. People are added to an existing alliance by an in alliance vote. People currently in an alliance may still be recruited to join other alliances or create other alliances themselves. Those in multiple alliances may freely switch between night time meetings for each group (that or maybe have them all displayed at once, like, side by side). The next "day" starts with veto challenge, then night where the veto winner now has an added action instead of the HOH and the alliances all meet again. The next "day" is all full group chatting for plus the vote. Then repeat. It'd basically be like a long, maybe slightly more convoluted, game of mafia.
i'm not sure how well this would work. it's pretty different from the other games on here, especially if it's a week long. the games on EM are really meant to be under an hour in general (aside from some Competitive setups). it would be pretty cool if Lucid could make it happen though.
