I like how you paint it up to be something more grand than what it was. It wasn't even cheating, it was merely applicable to the laws of the 'cheating' vio - which needs a lot of revision tbh. It was more OGI than anything else.

There's no reason to pardon him when everyone knows he has a cheating violation. Just because the violation no longer exists doesn't mean he didn't cheat and shouldn't serve his time.
Yeah this isn't exactly fair that everyone gets clean slates, but the alternative is way more daunting a task, even if I have all the old report info. I'll consult the mods and get back to you guys on how we're going to approach this.

Yeah, we need to figure out how we're going to deal with all these reports that got deleted since it creates a lot of extra work keeping track of all the old violations and applying them.
