That's just them. I passed 50 the first (and I was modded fairly late into the day) and I was a fairly inactive mod.

They either slacked off, had other stuff to do, or are going for consistency since the start and know 20 or so is more doable.

If you could do more than 50 reports a day for more than a month then you are something else, but the first week it is not a surprise
