Further proof Germatron is biased. He has a view of me as a troll and is making everything to be that. I post in the mods section this thread and that is trolling it. His bias is immense and he proves it with every post. He must be removed.

Solaster and TheWorst I appreciate your opinions. The problem is I am not asking for him to be removed because he suspended me debatable. I think he should be removed because he has a fundamental problem admitting he was wrong, plays with technicalities, has problems understanding plain written English and has shown himself to hypocritical and whimsical.

If you read the other topics closely you will see the proof. There is so much he did to try and get my off his back like falsely accusing me of having troll alts, ignoring large sections of my comments, suggesting I corrupted the poll numbers, allowed someone to get away with hate speech directed toward me, presenting false arguments and passing the ball to other mods to name a few. This is far from the suspension issue though his itchy trigger finger is problematic in itself. Furthermore he has shown nothing but defiance and anger which means he probably thinks his conduct was fair and hence it will not be changed. No change means he must be removed.

I still maintain that leo trolled and is using an excuse to cover it up, in the future Ill make sure to prove any trolling allegations beyond a doubt before suspending

I agree with Solaster.
Germ isn't corrupted at heart. He was pretty much the first candidate for mod. Taking him away from mod position for mistakes that can be easily adjusted is making this out of proportion.
He's human too, y'know. He can't be the perfect, almighty immortal that you are, Leo. Simply the truth.

Alright, since you want other mod opinions I'll give mine. Leo, you have to realize that Lucid made us mods about a month ago. The Mod system is far from perfect. We basically are learning as we go.

With that said, I do think that we all are going to make mistakes and learn from those mistakes. I think this is a good lesson - if something isn't clear-cut trolling/game throwing, more time should be invested into the matter before any suspension is put into place.

I do think, Leo, that you are taking this a bit too far.
