An obvious, downright ISPer doesn't get any form of negative feedback for his punishments.

ISP means insufficient participate---This is for if someone doesn't really talk. Obviously insufferable was ISP in the game.

I don't understand how did he not get a vio for this.

they don't give vios to people that genuinely aren't there from the start of the game - people that went afk in pregame, etc.

if you choose to kl them when they would have just vegged anyway it's your own fault for lynching to keep the game ranked

if they veg then again it's a no vio bc the game vegged and it wasn't game related

isp is when you're aware the game has started and make no effort to participate in it
