Hi everyone. I know this is kind of stupid, but I noticed recently there has been a lot of hate. Now, this doesn’t seem like anything new, but it is making me really sad to see how much hatred each one of you is giving off. Epicmafia is a community. Not all of us will like each other, but to continuously bring other people down is just making the community more and more toxic.

I can’t say that I am innocent of these things myself. I have found myself insulting other people, and honestly, I’m disappointed in myself. I know I can do better. And you can too. It isn’t hard to ignore someone. I know how it feels to have someone irritate you. It’s a lot harder than I’m making it seem here, but that extra work will make this community a much safer place for people.

I don’t know how many of you will take this seriously, but it’s a request. Seeing all this hatred makes me sad. Is this what we want our community to be like? Just take a few minutes and think about what you’re saying. Everything you says will make an impact on someone else’s lives. Remember, the people you’re talking to through the screen are real people, with real feelings. It’s a lot easier to be mean through a computer screen, but what you say really does affect other people.
