Odd that both of you are in this thread making these claims with this context and acting like people that disagree with this level of immaturity are in the wrong.
1. The novelty of meting out SICK BURNS [over the internet] with no effective consequence is a novelty that still, regrettably, has not completely worn off a non-zero set of people.
2. Members of said set of people are almost always a lot less witty than they think they are.
3. Making fun of people based on their autism (or any other mental condition) past middle school age, whether online or face to face, should mark you to any reasonably minded human being as a total embarrassment.
Sure, but the only way to enforce this is to put a blanket ban on slurs and not allow people to be themselves. Other people live outside of their room and realise this has no basis in reality and find it funny.
