feenikss has 2 harassment vios from harassing me. one expires in like 3 days and the other 10days. i retracted these two reports now, based on our agreement with shoopie that I broke in the past few weeks and the fact that i actually did try to patch things with feenikss.

one last thing: trying to help someone that harassed me for years does not negate the harassment. he served his time for these specific vios. you said that i like recanted my position that he harassed me and that is not the case.
the victim where i am from usually makes statements to influence the sentencing and that is purely what i did here. he served 5months and 27days for his harassment, and i sought to let him go 3 days early so that he could have the trophy that he deserved...

reasons for recanting in reality are superfluous at most, irrelevant at least, a recant is a recant is grounds for a new trial, in reality. Notice you claimed such a thing was impossible, now you're saying the comparison is unjust. just begone you louse, you're in over your head. you've no use to someone who actually understands facts.
Someone retracting crucial testimony that contributed to a conviction, proving that the trial wasn't without false evidence, is completely equal to a victim who feels bad they got someone in trouble for their own personal gain (for a crime that they actually committed with proof)
there is no new evidence, only someone who feels bad that they got someone else in trouble

then why did we do this to charley? i wanted to play the only open tables and patch things up with charley 5months after her harassment vio. we agreed that we could play together but the vios were to be deleted

there is a precent to this. charley i agreed to let you delete yours one month earlier too, as i had calmed down enough that I did not need to avoid you.
he clearly did harass me there, but harassment has now just been changed to signify when people should not be playing together so like this needs removed.
charley's you did not even underand shoopie's verdict when feenikss reported me like 4months ago. our agreement was that i stay out of his games. if i did not, i did not feal harassed and the harassment vios were going away.
i joined his game several times, so these vios need deleted, as we all agreed...
