Pretty good compact setup, the idea is that if you're blue you have a 50% chance of being TC, and there's every variation of BP/TC/villager in the two non-mafia/non-santa roles. It's a 4-player setup with tons of strategy and mystery, what do you think?

Also, it's enforcer instead of hooker, so mafia can block santa's report but not their item.
