Apprentice Week 7

Hi everyone! Time for your next task. In this task you will finally get the chance to demonstrate how well you can perform individually. You have each been given a pop up shop on one of the busiest streets in New York. It is your choice as to how you will fill your individual shop with stock. For this task you have each been given $1000, you must choose the items that you will sell for the one day that your shop is open. You must send me all the links to where you will buy the products that you will be using, as well as the quantity you are going to buy of each item. You must also send a list of what prices you will sell your products for.

After all submissions are in, myself and 2 other judges will be looking at the submissions, and ranking them based on which shop we think has the best strategy. We will be judging based on which store we feel has the best chance of making the highest profit. Bare in mind that the pricing is not the only thing that will be judged when looking at who has the best chance of making the highest profit, the overall appeal of the shop for customers will also come into play. (For example, does your store have a theme, how will the shop be arranged etc)

Some rules:

1) You can submit the products in whichever currency you want, but I will be converting all the prices to U.S dollars in order to make it the same currency for all.

2) All items must be listed as "new". No second hand or used products allowed.

3) Food/drink items are not allowed

4) Your store is 300 square feet in size.

Due to it being the Christmas period, you are going to get a long time to do this task. You have until the 7th of January to make your submissions. Off you go, and good luck!
