How Edark Gets Violations

Since i never wanted to out those skype logs, but WhitePimp007 decided to defend himself with them.

This is half of the conversation and since all OPI parts were repmoved after heavilly complains here is the whole truth.

Edark gets violations only if the mods first talk with him AND ASK HIM if he wants the violations.

If he says no . . . Well, those are just joke reports then.

I just want some clarity, who DOES get hipfire vios?

Like, what occasion of hipfire is okay and what isn't? There seems to be no transparency with who gets vios and it seems none of the site mods are on the same page about what's gamethrowing and what's not.


Personally, I think hipfire is pretty much not vio'd in red hearts. I think red hearts are much more fun and much less serious. The level of play is such that shooting without "reads" isn't close to gamethrow. And it's gotta be pretty bad to get trolling in a red heart.

In gold hearts, it's almost never gamethrowing. Gamethrowing requires intent to lose and the intent of hipfiring is basically just to have fun. So occasionally I think hipfiring deserves a trolling violation in comp games.

So you have mods that agree and disagree with the above, which is fine. It gets even more complicated because mods can agree with everything I said, but disagree about the definition of hipfiring. Is 30 seconds hipfiring? If a PR softed and you shoot someone else hipfiring? If you shoot 10 seconds into the day because you scumread someone, is that hipfiring? And so on. There are just too many variables to have a concrete rule that covers every situation.

My post is mostly observational from what I've seen, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like what constitutes as a vio or not should be made clear since the clarity is lacking

I promise, i wont stop untill all of your mischevious ways are stopped. Unill all who break the rules are punished and untill edark is his company either level up their game or drop dead off the admin position.
