I was thinking that maybe we should add a notification button besides the Inbox to make the forums more convenient. Some of it's features will be:
- Being notified when someone quotes/replies to you.
- When someone comments on a thread that you've created.
- When a Heal & Hurt games timer has finished counting down.
- When someone comments on your profile.
Of course these features can also be turned off by the player in the settings. This can be done in three ways.
- Turning off all of the notifications for one of the four points above. For example, you may not want notifications when people comment on your thread.
- Muting certain threads. A mute button can be added on threads so that when you click on it, no notifications from that thread will be sent to you. This allows you to stop getting alerts from threads that have become irrelevant to you.
- Muting notifications from certain people. This is of course already implemented into EM right now. This will make no notifications appear from people you have blocked.

-When someone mentions you in a thread @Parudoks (Jimbei)
-When your petition hits 50 signatures (Jimbei)
