The methodology of anticorruption is extremely simple, and the philosophy is probably very old. The issue ironically is that historical documentation of countries that do these things, have been changed. Examples of this are in Germany post world war 2, when most documentation of everything in Germany went to crap and essentially corruption even greater than Hitler, took over. Allow me to explain the method and how you can use this method to analyse and measure corruption.
In order to solve any problem that you have, merely look to nature and see how nature solves the problem. Nature doesn't have to be the trees or animals, but, can be other humans as well; Humans are animals. The approach to the problem of corruption involves encrypting something you don't want decrypted. Wisdom, if you will, is what we use to make an excuse for why someone should be in charge of our country or political positions. Wisdom is something that takes time to get. An encryption is something that takes time to crack. Every time the encryption is easier to crack, the design for the time it takes to crack the encryption is increased so that it will take much longer to crack it.
To sum it up, the lower the age of the politicians and the more diverse locations they are assigned to when they become a politicians, the less corrupt they will be, as it will be harder to get away with corruption because there won't be any wisdom on their end to pull off something with a lot of people and lobby. The time period can be shortened as well for how long they may be in office. There is so many Americans, that this could be very easy to pull off. This could be done to local governments and state governments, as well as state government. This doesn't mean that people lose their job when they lose their position of power, but, that they instead can be an advisory to the next person in power. This could prevent the massive lobby of child sex traffickers currently rumored to be taking place in the United States, Belgium, and most of Scandinavia. The same system may also be applied to redefining corporate operations, were as modern corporations that feel entitled, can instead be emulated into a "shell" state, as in they aren't really a corporation in the same sense that there is regular CEOs, but, instead, there are younger people who have nothing to do with the location they are assigned and position they are assigned to.
