CLOD ACTIONS

PM me if you'd like to become a clod. As a clod, your job is to provide misdemeanors that the Sandbox Mod team deemed unworthy of a punishment or could not punish because there are no rules regarding such an offense but we the people think it deserves a punishment nevertheless.
