I think a good pun-itive action would be to repriMANd his parents so they can teach their Son what happens when you blacklist words like pen@l. No more penile for him until it's unblacklisted!! And while we're at it, equi[re]voque his rights to hammer people who were reported for HC, and just keep making really bad far-stretch puns at him until he riolly can't stand it anymore. Or something.
