I sleep nude with the fan aimed towards a certain area of my body. Best feeling ever. It is the complete opposite in the winter. I use a wireless heating pad on the other side. I've mastered the art of sleeping and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best way. I encourage everyone to try it out.
(besides, i think that discomfort was just like, an unconscious realisation of the psychological discomfort i have since expounded upon lol)
