How the hell is town this bad... this is more townsided than the original O2R; villages these days are getting decent setups blacklisted and it really is too bad

because it gives maf cop reads when cop cant have a report n1 so you often end up with maf killing cop n2

Cop should probably just claim and lead here, tbh. Alternatively the best he does is catch Nilla, and that's if he lives and is super lucky
