Replace Templar with Oracle, it'll punish mafia more if they don't win the day 1 cc (oracle can choose a target and mafia can choose to either sack or hit outside) and reward them more too (oracle can't select a target on dawnstart)

Eh i don't think orc claiming day 1 would even be worth it then, plus with two cops it makes it a bit too OP for town imo; I think it's fine as it is but I appreciate all suggestions nonetheless
