SMGS will still be allowed in Comp Lobby as it was 50/50 ~250 plays before allowing it in Training. Unfortunately, allowing a setup if only a certain strategy is used is a bit difficult to enforce, especially when the "wrong" strategy is just really bad and not technically a throw by the Amnesiac.
