Totally town sided. I don't see any way mafia should be winning this.

I'm not sure it's super super townsided but it's poorly designed.

It revolves entirely around cop reports. He shouldn't claim until day 2, at which point scum will CC him. His two reports will probably be enough to find second scum, so it basically comes down to the cop CC on d2.

Err... what? Ehem, more to the point, there is an unccable role out there. The gov CAN'T be cced. Also, the setups style makes it hard for the mafia to cc the cop, and would have to out with a 'inno'. And yes, like classic, there is a lot on the cop cc. But I don't see how that makes it 'poorly made'. Also, we'll see about townsided, I haven't lost as mafia on this setup yet.
